Customer information is important to all businesses running online stores. In the least, a business needs to be able to collect their customer’s information in order to successfully complete orders. This information could include the customer's name, location and address, email address, and phone number.
You can conveniently request for additional customer information from within your Ivorypay dashboard. In fact, you can configure this setting in your Ivory Storefront. Below are the steps you should follow to collect additional information from your customers.
- On your ivorypay dashboard, click PRODUCTS>>>Ivory storefront
- Click the View link in front of your storefront
- Select the Shop Setting tab
Under the delivery setting, click the delivery address and delivery note dropdown and choose Required.
Your store settings preferences will be updated immediately.
