Cancelling orders in your storefront may sometimes be necessary due to various reasons, including unfulfilled transactions or when the ordered product is out of stock.
Below are the outlined steps on how to cancel an order on your storefront
- Log into your Ivory dashboard and access the Ivory storefront.
- Find the specific storefront for which you want to cancel an order and click on View.
- On the storefront page, select the Orders tab to see all the orders.
- Locate and click on the order you wish to cancel
- On the order page, click on the Cancel Order button on the right side of your screen.
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm the cancellation. You can also provide reasons for cancelling if you'd like. Click on Cancel Order to proceed with the cancellation.
